On the side, there is a 1/4" thread for horizontal mounting of the camera, expanding its placement options when shooting. The design also leaves access to the battery compartment, USB-C port, and bottom magnetic contacts, and does not interfere with the use of the rainproof charging port cover. The package also includes microphone wind muffs and a lens cap to protect the lenses.
