How to Make Delicious Coffee

You are going to need a drip coffee maker, a filter and a cup. Put finely ground coffee into the filter. The recommended amount is 7g (15ml) of coffee per 100ml of water. Boil water and then let it rest for about 3 or 4 minutes. Once the water has cooled down a bit, slowly pour a small amount on the filter in a circular pattern. If you are using freshly ground coffee, you will see the so-called coffee bloom as the coffee absorbs water. Wait for 15 seconds and then pour the rest of the water on the coffee with a spiral motion from the outer edge of the filter to the centre. Pour the water a bit faster if you want mild coffee.
