Ingredients
Black tea 68.5%, cinnamon 15%, pepper fruit 3%, ginger root 2%, nutmeg 2%, star anise 2%, cloves 0.75%, cardamom 0.25%, flavouring (maple syrup, chai spice, cardamom).
Preparation
Use 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of loose tea per 250ml cup. Pour over water at 100°C and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
