Herbal tea for better sleep
A calming, caffeine-free blend to help you get a restful night's sleep. Chamomile and lemon verbena help relax the body and mind, while rooibos, lavender, blackberry and anise add a naturally sweet and soothing finish. A cup of delicate orange infusion with a floral scent is the perfect evening companion.
Ingredients
Chamomile flower 30%, rooibos 25%, apple fruit 20%, verbena leaf 10%, blackberry leaf 8%, anise 4%, Lavender flower 3%.
Preparation
Pour 1 sachet per 250 ml cup with water at 100 °C, leave to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Storage
Store in a dry and cool place.
