VESA Mounting

Frequency of Image Processing

Expressed in hertz (Hz). Represents the number of frames per second that the screen can show. A larger value provides a smoother picture, which is especially important for sports, action movies and games. We recommend a refresh frequency of at least 100 Hz.

Display Technology

There are currently two main display technologies used - LCD and OLED - which are further divided into different subcategories.

Benq ISFccc

Forget manually adjusting the contrast, brightness and colour to unnatural levels. ISFccc technology ensures the best possible image quality to make your movie-watching experience truly memorable.

Wide viewing angle

The wide 178° viewing angle provides bright, vibrant images wherever you are in the room. The backlight offers a transmission aperture that enhances the contrast between light and dark colours and improves response to provide smoother movies.

Hexa-Processing Engine

Hexa dual-core processors analyse and optimise every picture for crisp, detailed images even during fast action sequences. These powerful processors also simplify multi-tasking between smart TV functions.

Built-in Camera

VIERA HD Smart TVs are equipped with a built-in pop-up camera with face recognition technology, which allows the TV to "recognise" various family members and greet them with their own personal home screen.

Intel WiDi

Wireless connection between PCs or notebooks and TVs.
