Preparation
Because the calendar contains different types of tea, a single water temperature and brewing time cannot be used for all 24 bags.
Black and fruit teas
1 bag per approx. 250ml of water temperature: 100°C brewing time: 3–5 minutes.
Green teas
1 bag per approx. 250ml of water temperature: 80°C brewing time: 2–3 minutes.
White Magic
contains oolong, so it is advisable to follow the specific instructions on the packaging; the available information for this calendar classifies it as a tea to be prepared at a lower temperature.
