The knives are unique, thanks to the production technology

Knives from the Gourmet series are exceptional for many reasons. They are made of the finest stainless steel whose quality in the manufacturing of each knife is controlled by a laser. The blade and the part that extends into the handle are forged in one piece by Sigmaforge technologies that guarantee the perfect geometry of each piece. The knife is then cured by a FRIODUR technology, which is based on frost curing, making the steel harder, more durable. The blades are longer, sharp and resistant to corrosion.
