Steel tin with non-stick coating
The Zenker Bundt cake tin is made of steel. Its interior features a double-layer non-stick coating, which lets you turn out your baked cake easily without tearing. The coating contains no perfluorinated or polyfluorinated substances (PFAS). You can use the tin in ovens heated up to 230 °C. To protect and preserve the non-stick coating, we recommend hand washing only.
Do not wash the tin in the dishwasher.
