The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW400 features a high-performance image sensor that records in up to 2.5K resolution (4MP, 2560×1440 pixels). The lens also boasts a very good aperture of f/1.6, meaning the camera achieves great results even in low light. The field of view is 114°, and you can also use the mobile app to rotate the camera horizontally up to 360° and vertically by 160°.
Capture colour images even in low-light environments
High-quality, full-colour vision is supported by two infrared LEDs and two integrated white light LEDs, which automatically flash when a person is detected, triggering an audible alarm and sending a notification to the Mi Home / Xiaomi Home app. Artificial intelligence can effectively filter out false alarms caused by things like animals, so you are only alerted when necessary. The Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW400 is, of course, equipped with a built-in sensitive microphone and a powerful speaker, providing two-way communication and intelligent noise cancellation.
Dual protection for important information
You can integrate the Xiaomi Outdoor Camera CW400 into your network wirelessly via WiFi (2.4GHz) with support for the 802.11 b/g/n standard. The two high-gain antennas guarantee a stable connection even over longer distances. The MJA1 security chip has its own private key and certificate, which ensures the security of your communication and storage. Video recordings can be loop-recorded onto a Micro SD card (with a capacity of up to 256GB) or cloud storage – after activating this service, videos are automatically sent to the cloud, and monitoring functions such as AI facial recognition and dynamic real-time video recording are also activated. You will also be pleased with its compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
