High-quality image and advanced compression
The 1/3” Progressive Scan CMOS sensor provides a clear 4Mpx image at up to 30 frames per second. The fixed 4–12mm lens with an F1.6 aperture offers a wide field of view with a screen size angle of 100°, horizontal of 84° and vertical of 46°. Smart video encoding using the H.265+ codec efficiently compresses file sizes without loss of image quality. This modern standard significantly saves storage capacity and reduces the overall load on the network infrastructure.
Hybrid night vision
The camera with Full-Colour technology provides a colour image at night, supported by three powerful white LED spotlights and one infrared LED. This system allows for colour monitoring of the surroundings even in pitch darkness with a range of up to 30m. The sensitive sensor and large-aperture lens capture natural colours without noise. Users can set the lighting mode according to a schedule or choose fully automatic activation.
Intelligent AI detection and active defence
Integrated chips with artificial intelligence support allow for the precise distinction of people and vehicles from other moving objects. The system offers a wide range of detection functions, including line-crossing, intrusion, area exiting or object removal detection. Active defence with a siren and lights reacts immediately to unusual situations and helps deter potential intruders. Event alerts are sent instantly as mobile notifications.
Two-way audio for quick communication
Feedback and remote communication are provided by a built-in microphone with a sound pickup range of up to 5m and an integrated speaker. Support for full-duplex audio transmission allows you to talk to people in the monitored area directly via the mobile app. The sound system also serves as a loud siren that is automatically triggered when the defined perimeter is breached. The microphone includes an ambient noise cancellation feature for clearer voice transmission.
Flexible recording storage
Camera recordings can be securely stored on a local MicroSD card with a capacity of up to 512GB. Support for NVR network recorders and FTP servers gives users freedom when choosing a backup system. The camera supports various recording modes, including continuous 24/7 recording or starting recording only when motion is detected. Data management is fully under the user's control through several compatible platforms.
Connectivity and App
A stable network connection is ensured by a single 10/100M RJ-45 Ethernet port, which also supports 802.3at standard PoE. The VIGI app for iOS and Android allows for remote viewing of the live stream and management of settings. For advanced management on Windows computers, the VIGI Security Manager software is available.
