Black tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and goes through a longer oxidation process (called fermentation in the tea industry) than green tea, oolong (semi-green) or white tea. It has a stronger aroma than other less oxidized teas.

Preparation and storage
For 1 cup, use 1 teaspoon of the mixture, pour water at 100 °C, let it infuse for 3-5 minutes.
Store in a dry and cool place.
