Creative Dyeing Techniques
You can decorate textiles in various ways with this dye. It is suitable for experimenting with the shibori technique, where you create patterns by progressively tying and dyeing. You can also use it for simple immersion dyeing to easily unify the colour of a fabric or to revitalise faded clothing. The powder consistency dissolves easily in water and allows for even dyeing of the material. Thanks to its easy dissolution and even dyeing, you will achieve great results even in home conditions.
Shade Intensity and Water Temperature
The resulting shade can be influenced. For an intense and rich shade, use the entire 70g pack on approximately 200g of dry textile. If you prefer a medium-saturated or more pastel tone, the same amount of dye will suffice for up to 400g of fabric. The water temperature can range from 50°C to 95°C. The ability to choose the temperature allows you to adapt the dyeing process to the type and sensitivity of the material you are working with. Lower temperatures are suitable, for example, for delicate fabrics.
Easy to Use and Fabric Care
Using the dye is easy because the powder already contains the necessary fixing salt. You don't need to buy any additional ingredients. Simply dissolve the dye in hot water and place the prepared fabric in it. The resealable bottle allows for precise dosing and storage of unused powder for future use. Always wash the finished dyed textiles separately from other laundry and, to maintain colour fastness, choose to wash at a maximum of 40°C.
Dyed textiles are not resistant to boiling. Wash them separately at a temperature up to 40°C.
