High-quality design from food-safe materials
The Siguro Pure Delight frying pan, including its handle, is made from 304 stainless steel, which, like the ILAG® XERADUR 5 ceramic surface, is food-safe and therefore does not contain or release any toxic substances. The handle's design is also very practical—it's not only ergonomic but also hollow, which means it heats up very slowly. Furthermore, it's completely sealed, so no water can get inside during washing. It also has a practical hole for hanging.

ILAG® XERADUR 5 surface coating
The ILAG® XERADUR 5 non-stick surface is a two-layer ceramic system based on modern sol-gel technology, which excels in its high abrasion resistance and very good non-stick properties. Thanks to its composition, it is ideal for preparing all types of food and ensures the surface has a long lifespan. The ILAG® XERADUR 5 system consists of the following layers:
- The sol-gel top coat provides the non-stick effect and makes it easy to clean.
- The ceramic base coat increases the surface's resistance to mechanical wear.
- The primer serves to firmly bond the non-stick surface to the body of the cookware.

The aluminium base, complemented by an induction plate made of ferromagnetic material, ensures fast and even heat distribution and allows for safe use on all types of hobs—ceramic, halogen, gas, electric and induction. The Siguro Pure Delight frying pan can also be safely used in the oven up to 250°C and can simply be washed in the dishwasher after cooking. The pan's surface is very hard and durable, but also brittle, so we recommend using only silicone, plastic or wooden kitchen utensils to avoid damaging it.
Structure of the pan's material
- The ILAG non-stick coating prevents food from sticking, making cooking and cleaning easier. It reduces the need for oil, contributing to healthier cooking. It is scratch-resistant and ensures a long lifespan.
- 304 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, which guarantees a long lifespan.
- Aluminium inside the base provides excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. This ensures that food cooks evenly and reduces the risk of burning. Aluminium is also lightweight, which makes the pan easier to handle.
- The induction plate is made of a ferromagnetic material and allows for fast and efficient heat transfer, which increases energy efficiency and speeds up cooking.
