Choosing a power supply
When choosing a suitable PC power supply, the key parameter besides the format is its power output. This indicates the maximum number of watts the power supply can continuously provide to the components in your computer. It's a good idea to use a web calculator to determine the optimal power based on your chosen components.
850W power with 80 PLUS Gold certification
The 80 PLUS Gold certification confirms high electrical energy conversion efficiency, which reduces waste heat production and consumption. The power supply delivers a stable 850W via a strong, single +12V rail. This power is sufficient for gaming builds with demanding processors and graphics cards. Efficient operation thus directly translates into lower PC running costs and less strain on the cooling system.
ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards
Full support for ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards prepares the power supply for the hardware requirements of current and future components. The design handles the high, short-term power spikes that are typical of modern-generation graphics cards. This ability to manage transient loads contributes to system stability, even during more demanding operations and gaming scenes.
Native 12V-2x6 connector for graphics cards
A native 16-pin 12V-2x6 connector, part of the PCIe 5.1 specification, is included. This connector allows you to power graphics cards directly with a single cable. This eliminates the need for unreliable adapters and simplifies cable routing inside the case. The direct connection also promotes a safer and more stable power delivery. The fully modular design with flat cabling contributes to clean cable management and improves airflow inside the computer case. The power supply's compact depth makes it easy to install in smaller ATX cases where every centimetre of space matters.
Quiet fan operation
A fan with a fluid dynamic bearing, which offers a long lifespan and quiet operation, takes care of cooling the internal components. The Smart Fan Stop technology keeps the fan stationary at low loads, only starting it up at higher consumption. The internal circuits use exclusively Japanese capacitors that are resistant to high temperatures. These components, combined with an LLC and DC/DC topology, deliver stable and precisely regulated voltage even under heavy load. A complete suite of industrial-grade protections actively safeguards connected components against damage.

80 Plus certification on the European market
The 80 Plus certification was created to objectively assess the efficiency of computer power supplies. This provides users with a simple and clear way to compare different models. On the European market (where 230V is used), there are six levels of 80 Plus certification, each with set requirements for power supplies. Higher energy efficiency primarily means lower energy consumption.
| PC power supply load | Efficiency at 20% load | Efficiency at 50% load | Efficiency at 100% load |
|---|---|---|---|
| 80 PLUS | 82% | 85% | 82% |
| 80 PLUS Bronze | 85% | 88% | 85% |
| 80 PLUS Silver | 87% | 90% | 87% |
| 80 PLUS Gold | 90% | 92% | 89% |
| 80 PLUS Platinum | 92% | 94% | 90% |
| 80 PLUS Titanium | 94% | 96% | 94% |
