Powerful Stereo Sound
The QCY SP7 uses four built-in sound units that combine to deliver up to 40W of power. The 90Hz to 20kHz range helps maintain strong bass, clear vocals and clean higher frequencies. The Bass Boost mode can be turned on with a separate EQ button to give rhythmic music a more powerful low end.
Volume of up to 105dB
The maximum volume level reaches up to 105dB. You can therefore use the speaker not only for casual listening at home, but also in the garden, on the terrace or during a smaller outdoor event. Sufficient power headroom helps to maintain a distinct and clearly audible sound even in more open spaces.
IPX7 Water Resistance
The sealed construction and hydrophobic protection ensure an IPX7 water resistance rating. This means you can use the QCY SP7 speaker by the pool, during a trip, or at an outdoor gathering where there's a risk of rain or accidental splashing. However, the USB-C connector and its surroundings must be completely dry before connecting the charging cable.
Up to 14 Hours of Battery Life
The built-in 5,200mAh battery provides up to 14 hours of playback with the lighting off. With the light effects on, the maximum battery life is approximately 10 hours. The actual operating time may vary depending on the set volume, bass mode, lighting and usage.
RGB Lighting with 15 Effects
The integrated RGB lighting offers 15 dynamic modes and a wide range of colours. You can switch the light effects with a button on the speaker or turn them off completely when you want to extend the battery life. The lighting will complement the music during an evening get-together, a party or when listening at home.
Wireless Stereo from Two Speakers
TWS technology allows you to connect two QCY SP7 speakers to create a wider stereo scene. The pair will provide a combined output of up to 80W and after the first pairing, the main speaker will remember the connection. Playback controls are synchronised on both speakers after connection. The TWS function is designed for connecting two QCY SP7 models.
Bluetooth, microSD card and Connection to Two Devices
Bluetooth 5.4 ensures a wireless connection with your phone, tablet or laptop. The speaker also supports playback from a microSD or TF card, so you can listen to music without a connected phone. The multipoint function allows you to maintain a connection with two source devices at the same time and switch between them as needed. The wireless range is approximately 10 metres in an open space.
Settings in the QCY App
The QCY mobile app expands the speaker's setting options. It allows you to adjust selected functions and change, for example, the automatic shutdown time when inactive. Directly on the body of the speaker you will find buttons for volume, playback, Bluetooth, EQ, lighting and answering calls.
Number of Channels
The number of channels in speaker systems and home cinemas indicates the number of independent audio signals (speakers) and subwoofers, most often in the X.Y format (e.g., 2.0, 5.1). It indicates how many audio tracks are reproduced simultaneously, which determines the spatial experience and bass depth of the system, from basic stereo sound (2.0) to surround sound (5.1 and more). System Type
An active speaker is one that has a built-in amplifier in its body, and to listen, you just need to connect it to a sound source, either wired or wirelessly. Passive speakers are more often referred to as speaker sets. They are intended more for high-quality, loud, and dynamic listening in the comfort of your home and are not suitable for frequent transport. The main advantage of passive speakers is the ability to connect a variety of sources through a separate amplifier.Specifications
