The Orion universal thermometer helps you check the temperature of food (meat outside the oven or grill, drinks, frying oils, and when making confectionery). It includes a clip that holds the thermometer on the edge of the pot. It measures in both °C and °F. It measures from -45°C to +200°C, and -50°F to 392°F. Powered by 1× LR44 battery, which is not included. Material: stainless steel (s/s 304), plastic (ABS), metal, silicone (buttons). Simple to use. The ON/OFF button turns the thermometer on and off. The thermometer automatically turns off after about 10 minutes of inactivity. Do not put in the oven.
