The 5.6L Artisan robot with a lifting bowl is equipped with a very powerful 375W motor and 11 speeds to provide control from low speed for mixing ingredients to high speed for whisking. It features 1/2 speed mixing for adding fine ingredients and fragile ingredients, like blueberries, raspberries, whites, cream, etc., to keep the air in the dough and keep the ingredients from getting mushy. Thanks to the soft start function, the acceleration to the selected speed is gradual and splashing of liquids or loose ingredients is avoided. The robot uses the original planetary mixing system from the centre to the edge of the bowl. This ensures that the ingredients are mixed quickly, evenly and thoroughly.

The food processor has a bowl lifting mechanism with three locking points, ensuring maximum stability even when processing tougher doughs. The bowl can be gently lowered or raised with the lever. All-metal construction, all-metal gears, 13 kg weight and non-slip rubber feet provide stability, reliable mixing and durability. The thermal protector ensures that the food processor switches off when it starts to overheat.

A wide range of optional accessories can be attached to the robot's multifunctional point, so you can grate with it, twist, cut, press, grind and much more. Also included is a cut stainless steel 5.6 l bowl (5KSMB60) with ergonomic handle for mixing up to 3.7 kg of bread dough or 10 egg whites. You can increase the processing capacity of up to 3.8 kg of bread dough by purchasing separate stainless steel bowls designed for robots with a lifting bowl (5KSMB70, 5KSMB70J).
