METABO Hedge trimmer Aku HS 18 LTX 65 without battery

The METABO Aku Hedge Trimmer HS 18 LTX 65 is the ideal tool for precise trimming of hedges, shrubs and ornamental greenery. Thanks to the battery drive, you get complete freedom of movement without cable restrictions. Lightweight design and quiet operation allow comfortable working even in noise-sensitive areas. The blade with laser-cut and diamond-cut teeth ensures clean, precise cuts. The special teardrop-shaped shape of the knife teeth helps the branches not to slip during cutting. The 650 mm long shear bar is ideal for larger areas. The ergonomic handle with soft grip and vibration damping in combination with the optimal balance of the tool ensures comfortable handling. The quick stop of the knives in 0.08 seconds and the safety lock significantly reduce the risk of injury. The practical hanging eye allows easy and space-saving storage. The model is part of the CAS (Cordless Alliance System), and is compatible with all 18V batteries and chargers from this platform. Battery not included.

Comfort and safety

The extra-large impact protection prevents recoil on you and your hedge trimmer - for example when hitting walls, logs or stones. The electronic quick knife stop offers the user maximum safety. Metabo has also optimised the air ducting of the hedge trimmer so that the exhaust air flows downwards and is not blown into your eyes.
