Graef XC 125 electric knife sharpener with diamond discs - diamond is the hardest of all gems. In this way, knives can be sharpened gently, quickly and precisely. Overheating and thus softening of the material is avoided. Grinding angle 15°, ideal for Asian blades, smooth household, sport, leisure and industrial knives. Three-stage focusing: Resharpening and sharpening with diamond wheels, honing and polishing with ceramic wheels. Honing phase also suitable for serrated blades.
