Gerlach Knife set in block 5 pcs FINE

The new Fine knife line was inspired by Scandinavian design. The most important features of the series are the durability and strength of the knife blades. Blade made of X50CrMoV15 stainless steel with the addition of chromium, molybdenum and vanadium, reduces brittleness and increases abrasion resistance. The appropriately profiled stainless steel handle ensures a secure grip when cutting . To ensure that Gerlach kitchen knives retain their reliability and stylish appearance for as long as possible, it is recommended to wash them by hand. Washing knives in the dishwasher can cause permanent damage to the blades and handles due to the high water temperature and exposure to chemicals.
