The Gerlach Natur casserole with lid has one of the best ceramic coatings available on the market - Ilag Xera Dur 2 Ceramic Non Stick. It consists of two layers: top layer of Xerogel with metallic effect and base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking. In addition to excellent wear resistance, the coating has special properties that prevent food from sticking to the surface and burning. The surface is completely safe for health, free of harmful substances such as PTFE and PFOA, and does not release toxic gases when heated. In addition, the Xerogel topcoat minimizes heat-induced cracking. The four-layer bottom with a stainless steel disc with a uniform surface allows even heat distribution, which reduces cooking time and saves energy. In the production of Natur pots, the modern Die-Cast technology was used. The technology consists of injecting metal into a mould, which allows the exact shape to be achieved. The shaped aluminium has the appropriate thickness and density, which makes the pot resistant to deformation and ensures long-lasting strength.

Note:
Due to the specific design of the Natur cookware, which allows the pot to be used in the oven (without a lid), it is important to remember that the handles also heat up during heating. Therefore, it is necessary to use protective accessories against burns, for example silicone or fabric.
