A training plan on your wrist

The Garmin Forerunner 225 has a colour display with excellent readability, even in direct sunlight. It displays all information about ongoing training. The current heart rate display is easy to read with coloured zones. Each colour represents an individual level, ranging from warm up to maximum performance. Your watch will alert you if there is a sudden change with sound and vibrations. This alert may sound at the onset of your next phase of scheduled interval training. This makes it easy to manage your exercise and perform at your best.

Instant performance report

Using the built-in accelerometer, this watch measures the pace and length of your run, even on a treadmill or indoor track. You can easily upload your performance records to the Garmin Connect electronic diary via classic USB or Bluetooth. You can also connect to a smartphone, taking advantage of live viewing features. This watch will share your position, speed, heart rate and other data directly during training. This information is invaluable, especially for advanced athletes supervised by trainers.
