Exposure control and colour effects
Turn the lens dial to turn on the Fujifilm Instax Mini 99. Set the Landscape mode when you want to shoot at a greater distance, Macro mode for stunning detail or amazing selfies, or Standard mode for anything in between. With Instax Mini, you can let the colours do the talking. Turn the colour effects dial and you get 6 stunning analogue colour effects (all made up of colour-changing LEDs located in the four corners of the camera). Don't you want to use a colour effect? No problem, just turn the controller to normal mode. Low or high brightness shots? Select L+ for the lightest exposure and D- for the darkest exposure. If you're looking for standard brightness levels, you'll also find L and D and N options.

Manual vignette
Use the manual vignetting switch to darken the edges of the photo to draw attention to the centre. Turn it on and the lens hood narrows to create an impressive artistic look. Turn it off and you'll capture all the available light and get a more natural shot. The camera allows you to select the flash function to your liking: fill-in flash compensation, red-eye removal, auto flash or off flash. Their choice is simple and cleverly alters the tone of the image so that the overall creative expression stands out. Among the modes, that can be found in the camera's auto mode, interior mode, sports mode, Double exposure mode, long exposure mode and even self-timer.
