The pre-assembled unit, which includes a 0.2mm diameter nozzle, ceramic heating element, and thermistor, simply replaces the original part to instantly restore fine details even on complex models. According to the manufacturer, the nozzle is made from a special alloy based on 60% aluminium, 30% copper, and 10% titanium, combined with a hardened surface. This ensures excellent thermal conductivity, fast and even heating, high wear resistance, and a long lifespan—ideal not only for standard PLA and PETG but also for more abrasive carbon fibre filaments.
