Liebes Alza Team.
Ich bitte Sie mir aus der Bestellung 427 382 398 ausstehende Cover für Lea mini 9 zu senden. Das Cover wurde bereits bezahlt und von mir schon mehrmals urgiert. Bitte in Farbe blau oder weiß. (laut Webseite lagernd und versandbereit größer 10 Stk.) Ich benötige keine mir sonst angebotenen Gutschriften oder Geschenke. Ich hätte nur gerne meine bezahlte Ware umgehend ausgeliefert (seit 03.11.2020 bestellt).
Ich hoffe auf eine gütliche Einigung, da ich mich ansonsten an den Konsumentenschutz wenden werde.
