From a practical point of view, it's not a bit different from the C-C Xiaomi cable I got for the 65W charger in 2021. All parameters exactly the same, including resistance. The only difference is that it has a braid instead of a rubber cover. If you're concerned about charging efficiency, I can't recommend the cable unless it's strictly needed for fast charging XM devices, for other brands it's not really worth the price.
