Don't charge via mini usb, it's a tragedy, better to get usb-c right away. Mini usb only charges 0.48 A and usb c at least 1.8 A.
Otherwise, charging phones from the powerbank via mini usb is also only 0.48A. Via usb c 1.28A. And it's dropping every minute or two that one percent is gone. Tested multiple times because I didn't want to believe it .

So 10% of the battery is gone, and on the mobile we got to 4% .15% of the battery is gone and on the mobile we nailed a total of 7%. I won't be returning, I have another one previously bought here that works perfectly, and I'll just use this one to the best of their ability, where there is no need for such power to recharge. But not as a backup to a cell phone.
