Used in a system with its own water cooling circuit. The processor (AMD 5 3600) went 10 degrees lower in temperature compared to the original paste. Obviously limited by heat transfer through the IHS heatspreader of the processor.
Graphics (AMD RX580 OC) with full-cover block went from 80 degrees (with paste) to max 45 (10 degrees above water temperature) under load. As soon as the load stops, it immediately drops to water temperature. Be sure to watch a few videos on applying liquid metal before you buy so you're not surprised.
