MacBook 12" is a great laptop. It has a great display, the low keyboard is very easy to type on and it's amazingly portable. I use it as my main work computer for programming, and although I'm otherwise used to a 27" iMac, 12" is plenty sufficient for my work.
I've also tried a few games (Civilization 5, StarCraft 2, Diablo 3, Heroes of the Storm and Minecraft) and all of them are playable without any problems, of course with low graphics settings.
As for the "Always New MacBook" service, I have conflicting impressions. The good thing is that I don't have to worry about anything happening to my MacBook. Alza will replace it in the event of an accident or malfunction.
The downside is that you'll pay about the same in 2 years as if you'd taken the same MacBook on hire purchase without insurance, but you'll have to return the computer after two years.
