I feel so dumb for buying this product. I had a skullcandy earbud before, that lasted 3 years.. Decided to buy again from this brand but was not the right choice. There's a defect that sometimes happens, sometimes not, so I can't even return it (sound is cutting). The battery doesnt last long, case is big and not that nice looking.. Came back here on Alza website on purpose just to write this review
I would take Uricute up on the offer again. They're fine.

After a year and a half, the touch sensors stopped working. Another track volume etc. Sent for complaint and the next day new headphones. Super service.
