Hello, I’ve finally got round to trying out the vacuum sealer. I unpack it, read the instructions, and realise something’s missing. After a thorough search, I couldn’t find a tube with a special connector for external vacuum-sealing, nor a connector for vacuum-sealing a Ziplock bag. And I’d even called my daughter to help me with the search. I bought some bags from you, along with everything I need to make the most of them. I’ve been shopping with you for many years and these days I’m focusing on the Siguro brand. I have some storage containers, bowls, an SGR FN U321Y fan and lots of other things from you that help me around the house. I’m very happy with everything, especially the fan – it’s brilliant – but I didn’t think anything would be missing, given that you state it’s included with the appliance. Thank you for your reply.

So we spent today's Sunday afternoon trying to vacuum the Siguro jars that are offered as accessories for this vacuum. No success. Because you just can't. Because there's no attachment. And the attachment for a few crowns does not come with either the vacuum cleaner or the canister. You have to buy a whole set of attachments - all of which you have, except one. And that one can't be bought separately. We're really disappointed.
