I bought after long term dissatisfaction with the competing and much more expensive Philips OneBlade and this razor from Rowenta exceeded expectations. Although it is cheaper, the perceived benefit is many times higher than the competing Philips. Compared to the OneBlade, it feels much higher quality, has more robust performance for a comfortable quick shave, and doesn't clog.

The battery is perfectly sufficient for home use, the only thing missing is the ability to cut while charging. For some, the old charging connector may also be a minus, USB-C would be preferable nowadays. I was looking for a trimmer for universal use and more detailed beard grooming which it fulfilled and for its price it is an ideal choice.

The product pleasantly surprised me and met my expectations. Lightweight, quiet, stylish design and fits well in the hand. It shaves quietly, gently, and doesn't pull or miss anything. My skin is not red after it and I have tested it on three different parts of my body. The big advantage is the huge number of interchangeable attachments and heads that I don't even use myself. Apart from the lack of a USB-C connector, I don't miss anything here. It's just a shame that it doesn't work if it's plugged in and charging. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about and I do not regret the money spent and I can recommend it. (90-95%)

I was looking for a trimmer that could do more than just beards, and the Rowenta Selectium 17v1 did just that. It offers a rich set of heads - three blade widths, body and face blades, even a nose attachment - making it a truly multifunctional tool. I used to use a separate device for each of these things, now I manage with one. As for the results, I am satisfied. All the heads work as they should. The face plane doesn't achieve quite the same result as a dedicated razor, but it's enough for basic beard grooming. I don't use the narrowest head much yet - it might be useful for details around the lips. The first time I had to take the head off was a bit of a hassle, but with a little patience it can be done. I like that the manufacturer also thinks about maintenance and adds oil to lubricate the blades. The machine is easy to hold, lightweight, practical and does not feel cheap in use - on the contrary, the quality of workmanship is clear. The battery lasts around 90 minutes, which is plenty for home use. It's just a shame that USB-C charging is still missing - it should be standard by now. The travel case is sturdy and organized - perfect for travel. When I compare it to my old machine, which was a lot cheaper, you can really feel the difference. Not only in performance, but also in comfort during everyday use. The price is higher, but considering what this machine can do, I consider it reasonable.

It doesn't pull or tear the hair when cutting hair and is pretty fast, I have a pro one. but this is better. On the body it is great to shave the private parts really smooth without any subsequent skin problems. For beard grooming, it is easy to handle and therefore easy to make adjustments. I can only recommend the machine at this price to everyone
