I definitely do not recommend the vacuum cleaner, as well as other customers, the plastic component broke with continuous use, so that the handheld vacuum cleaner can now not be inserted into the pole. Complaint not accepted due to mechanical damage and post-warranty repair for 1244 Kc. Under normal circumstances I would probably accept it, but since I see that the problem is frequent, I won't risk similar repairs every half a year!
Sucked well until it broke after half a year of use
After six months of use, the cable connection from the pole to the vacuum head broke, so the LED lights didn't light up and the brush didn't spin. The claim was rejected and the repair price was charged at 1200 CZK. I didn't accept the price for the repair, I got the vacuum cleaner back but it was missing a filter, which I sent it to the complaint.
