Installation is easy, it can hold an older 7kg heavy 27 inch VA monitor. The adjustment of the arm spring bolts can be simply tightened or loosened with a wrench, so the arm can then be easily lifted or pushed down with your fingers and it doesn't even have a gas strut. Whoever has a problem with that probably didn't get the two arm bolts properly aligned.
I was considering a more expensive one with a gas strut, but it worked out well in the end and works as it should 🤣
For the money, when it's one of the cheapest mounts, totally awesome.
