After a month the earpiece came off and as it lay unused the very poor quality leather as it coated the earpiece started to peel and crumble. The main problem is that you can't change the earpiece. Basically, if something happens to your headphones, they are unusable. One can complain but run and complain every six months. In my case, I got them as a birthday present without a receipt.
I have a much cheaper HiperX which I have been using for 3 years and have no sign of use. So there's no way I'm buying the Panasonic M series !
