I don't know whether to call what someone put into AlzaBox a product, because what I found here was a dirty basket without any packaging, which I would be afraid to pick up from the garbage. Whoever shipped the product must have known what they were handing over to the customer, so I would check where in the distribution chain the mistake happened. Additionally, the bin has an aesthetic manufacturing defect on the lid, but I'm not addressing any of that because the entire bin will eventually go into the dumpster and I won't be addressing it further. I'm just sorry from an ecological point of view and from the point of view of my always perfect experience with Alsa as such. I believe the claim would go through without a problem, but I don't want to deal with it.
