The cable did not transmit the signal when only one monitor (just the external one) was set up. In simultaneous projection (external monitor + laptop) everything worked as it should.
The cable pretended that the error was just in the settings of the external monitor parameters.

Used to connect VGA signal to a distance of about 3 meters. Everything works as it should, shielding within limits, image as expected with slight loss of quality, but no loss of life; mission accomplished.
