Overall, a very "cheap" design. Very noisy. I like silence, so this card is not for me. If the case is somewhere under the table, the noise is quite tolerable during normal gaming, but if I wanted to have a small itx case somewhere next to me on the table, it would bother me a lot. During FurMark test after 20min temperature 74°C fans 2300 RPM (that's why the noise, moreover at a very unpleasant frequency) I thought that the PC will get up and fly away. My old Gigabite 4070 at FureMark after 20minutes. 64°C at 1650RPM is almost inaudible. I don't understand the design of the top plastic cover. The slanted cut-outs in it are rather detrimental. If there was a hole, the cooling would be more efficient, because the radiator is longitudinal and so the warm air only blows back and forth. I would definitely take it off after the warranty, it's useless there.
The nVidia 16pin power connector on the cards bothers me a lot. Not everyone has an ATX 3.0 power supply and the included reducers not only look terrible, but can also cause a lot of problems.
The 4070 super cards are great, but this MSI design is not for those who like quiet PCs.
