This was my first balisong and I learned a few tricks on it, but I don't know if I could recommend it. After about 2 weeks it started to creak and squeak a lot, but after lubrication it stopped. The knife is quite heavy for how small it is (at least for my hands) which can be an advantage for some, but if you drop it you start to worry about the floor. The knife is quite sturdy so you don't have to worry about it breaking, rather the screws start to fall out in the middle of the tricks, which can be frustrating. After two months I replaced it with another more expensive but better quality one, and I had to learn some things all over again. If you are a beginner and want to start, I recommend knives from Nabalis, especially Vulp or Canyon, which are relatively cheap compared to other brands on the market, but the price/performance ratio is really great.
cheap
spare screws in the box
after a while the screws start to loosen quickly
after a few days it starts to creak but nothing that wd40 can't fix
it is very unstable and tends to slide during some tricks
too small for big hands
the fuse is rather in the way, but you can remove it

Relatively light, it' s good for me (if you' re not sure about the trick, it learns better). Later, however, I would go to a higher weight.
Possibility to tighten Allen keys as needed
possibility to remove the fuse
reinforced tin box
spare connecting members
