A vertical mouse is a really cool thing and this one has been working quite reliably so far (after a few months of use).

An ergonomic left-handed mouse is a rare product, it's commendable that the manufacturer supplies one at all. The scroll wheel with flywheel is a good improvement, the ability to switch to horizontal scrolling at the touch of a button is useful.
This is not a disadvantage, but a limitation - take seriously the warning that the mouse is designed for small and medium hands. I have slightly longer fingers and the mouse didn't fit my hand at all - I had to return it. It may serve another user well.
In the manufacturer's documentation, it is impossible to find out how the basic mouse and the mouse with the For Business label differ, even though their price is different.

Minor adaptive findings: It's virtually impossible to lift it comfortably off the table when one needs to make up space at high DPI or with games. However, it can be conveniently tilted so that it does not slide and then shifted, which can replace the normal tilt (that's why I didn't put it in the minuses). Because of its height, even after 2 weeks of daily use, I find it somewhat annoying to fumble on the keyboard. I occasionally knock the mouse over on the way to or from the keyboard. (I'm expecting an improvement, it was a lot more at the beginning)
It fits well in the hand, even if it is unusual at first; ) (stars are mainly for ergonomics)
ATTENTION: the left and right buttons are switched! - the mouse considers the right button as the primary button, even if you have it set to the left in the OS. If you switch it in the OS, all existing "mice/touchpads" will go in reverse, while this mouse will go "normally". Quite bizarre.
