After a terrible experience with Roborock products (malfunctioning stalls) return with iRobot and again complete satisfaction. The development has really progressed and the vacuum cleaner works completely on its own without human intervention. Nice app, possibility to set up rooms, different zones. Super performance and durable helper
I cannot praise the vacuum cleaner as such. We have it cleaned up nicely everywhere, and although there are a few places where it regularly jams, there's not much to fault it.
It's worse with an app that basically doesn't work. Pairing could have been part of the IT state exam, all links in the app end with an error, the help doesn't work, the FAQ is unhelpful.
The robot reports that the components need to be checked. The function that is supposed to show you the details in the app doesn't work, so I don't know anything.
Contacting support is useless, no one will answer you anyway.
