It is possible that I "cooked" the bulbs in a closed ceiling fixture, however the manufacturer does not state in the instructions that the bulbs can only be used in open fixtures, and the manufacturer must know that many ceiling fixtures are closed "bulbs". Or maybe it wasn't temperature related, and it would have been wrong anyway; I don't know. I have one of the most used routers and cell phones, so the "exoticness" of the Wi-Fi network shouldn't be the cause.
