I can't think of anything
almost unusable, doesn't make a clean cut, usually doesn't even cut through after the first pass - regular 80g office paper!
the roll does not go over the edge but pushes against the rubber - the paper is bent and in an arc.
I definitely recommend a good quality disc cutter (that cuts against the metal bar over the edge) or a lever cutter
