On two separate units, the plastic clips holding the spring in the pepper grinder broke in under a year.

The grinder itself is fine. Having salt and pepper in one grinder is great. It grinds salt very quickly, even on the finest setting, so you have to be careful. The pepper grinds at just the right speed. The containers are a little small, so they need filling quite often. On a single charge, it can last me up to 3 months, but that depends on how often you use it. The problem, however, is the quality. After a short time, the friction surfaces on the lids wear out and they stop holding and fall off. I don't understand why they didn't put a magnetic ring there; that would have solved the problem. I solved this by designing and 3D printing new ones myself. For those interested, the model is on Printables under: "ETA Molino Duo 1928 9000 grinder lid". What's worse, though, is that after less than a year and a half, the plastic clips holding the spring on the pepper grinder broke, so I have to make a warranty claim. They shouldn't have made this part out of plastic at all, or they should have made it much more robust. It needs a design improvement, and then it would be a super grinder.

The first one I had lasted a year. It fell apart while grinding.
I'm now returning the 5th one because it won't charge.

I can't get enough. One button and such a joy. Works great, easy to handle, easy to refill, nothing to complain about.

Overall satisfied, just the caps don't hold much and fall off by themselves.

Lovely design
After a year, it can't handle the coarse salt.
The clear plastic that centers the gimbal axis broke. I dipped into a 4 liter deer stew. Complaints
