I have been buying this quality battery for UPS for many years and the experience is that Alza still can't pack it, so almost always the product gets damaged by falling from a height. They pack it in a paper bubble envelope that the shipping service delivers to you in shreds, or they put it in an oversized cardboard box in which they let the one-kilogram cube float freely, or they line it with air pads that the cube easily crushes when it first falls off the shelf in the car. Most of the delivered batteries had bruised corners and bent connectors, the box was always punctured or torn in many places and additionally glued by the carrier. Never order two batteries at the same time, they will crush each other and you will be faced with an unpleasant complaint. Sometimes I deliberately order additional (durable) goods, e.g. cables, but they'll wrap it separately anyway: D
