Another customer here posted a photo of it not working for him with non-original nespresso capsules and added a photo of a torn capsule cap. So I've tried THREE non-original nespresso capsules from L'or, Starbucks, Costa. Everything works perfectly! I guess the condition is that the capsule must have an honest aluminium cap, which these all have (the photo from another customer looks like the torn cap is maybe some kind of paper)...
