Beware of the filters, even though I have bought replacement filters that are compatible with Maxtra and Maxtra+, they still can't be used because of a very amateurishly made "fiddle" at the bottom of the refill tank where there is a small plastic thing with a twist and the original MAXTRA filter has a counter- twist, this lifts the plastic and the filtered water can leak.
In non-original filters, there is no anti-swirl, this does not release the drain and the water does not flow.
It doesn't say that anywhere.
All you have to do is take a drill and drill out the piece of plastic.
Really amateurish way but obviously there is a lot of big business in forcing people to pay 3 times the price for the same filters!
