It doesn't take all the hairs off the first time, sometimes you have to go to one place several times and from different directions, but that's probably normal
Used only a few times so far, but overall high satisfaction. There were also different heads in the package, so it is multi-functional for different uses/beautification. Bought based on personal research and came out as the best fit (good quality although not the cheapest).

I recommend, you will not regret the purchase. For me, the best investment despite the higher price, which in my opinion completely reflects the quality of the whole equipment. The Braun brand itself is proof of quality. I purchased this epilator to replace an older device that no longer met the requirements. The Silk épilk 9 Flex is great in that it is quiet, it adapts to the skin, it is gentle, really almost painless. Travel case an advantage. A facial epilator is a great thing too.
