It has two SmartTrim heads for shaving longer hairs and 3 and 5mm hairs and a SmoothShave head for a smooth shave. The razor is very fine, but for a smooth shave I recommend the SmootheShave head, I cut myself with the SmartTrim and without the 3 and 5mm attachment. Although the razor is mainly designed for the body, it can also shave a not-so-thick beard in an emergency. My clipper came charged and in a month of using it I have not managed to discharge it. Overall, I think it is a very good model, just a little bit droning.
