High quality pot, perfect workmanship, we use it for induction cooking.
quality workmanship, flat bottom - sits well on the hob
heat-insulated handles - do not heat up when cooking with induction
inset lid - precipitated water flows back into the pot and does not drip onto the hob
opening in the lid for excess steam
some people may miss the measuring cup with a litre in the pot (does not affect functionality)

The pot looks fine, the lid is OK too, but that's it. The product is apparently not made of a single sheet of stainless steel, but of several thin layers. I found several holes in the surface layer at the bottom. These are not spots, but holes in the material, which can have several reasons (defective/uncleaned mould, too thin sheet metal layer in multi-layer material, etc. ). It is significant that the depressions are black and therefore there is another one under the stainless steel layer, probably made of a different material. I'm definitely not going to cook in such a pot, I have no idea what the black material is, but it won't be stainless and I won't put food in it. Besides, there would be temperature bridges in the pot, it would possibly rust in those places and it could even crack over time. I claimed the pot and Alza acknowledged the defect.
quality - the pot is not all stainless steel and there are small holes in the coating on the bottom
